Air Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgears
Air Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgears are a group of switchgear and control devices designed according to TS EN 62271-200 standard for use in medium voltage distribution systems up to 36 kV. All types of tests required by the standard have been completed in accredited laboratories in Turkey and abroad.
There are different types of cubicle designs with functional features needed for MV distribution systems.

Design and Structural Properties
Case
2 mm thick ready-made galvanized sheet material is used on all outer surfaces of Air Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgears. The covers and doors on the front of the housing and the front panels of the working mechanism parts are painted with electrostatic powder paint method. The enclosure has an IP3X degree of protection against people approaching and touching moving parts.
Doors and Covers
Access to the compartments where the circuit breakers, current and voltage transformers and fuses are located in the cells can be provided by OPENABLE doors and doors. FIXED doors are doors that cannot be opened without the use of any tools and have the “DANGER” warning sign on them.
Standard and Optional Equipment
Current and Voltage Transformers
Two different current transformers, toroid type and support type, are used in the cells. Different types of current and voltage transformers are used in line with customer requests and project needs.
Digital Protection and Control Relays
Relays with different types of protection, measurement and control features are used in accordance with customer requests and project needs. The relays installed in the cell are shipped after the desired setting value is loaded.
Measurement tools
The selection of measuring instruments such as ammeter, voltmeter, meter and energy analyzer is made according to customer and project needs.
Fault Indicator Assembly
Fault Indicator Assembly showing phase and ground faults from different suppliers is optionally available with the cells.
MV Fuses
High breaking capacity MV fuses, which are selected according to transformer power, are used in the cells.
Remote Control
With the remote control provided as standard in the cells, operations on the cell can be carried out up to 5 meters distance.
Show Bar
The busbars used in the connections between the cells are manufactured from aluminum or copper insulated with shrink tubing with high conductivity capacity.
Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgears
36 kV SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear (RMU)
Compact or modular SF6 GAS INSULATED switching and control devices designed for use in medium voltage power distribution networks.
Unlike air-insulated cubicles, all equipment such as switching elements and busbars, which make up the main circuit, are housed in a stainless boiler filled with SF6 Gas and are not affected by height, humidity and humidity. At the same time, it is preferred in electricity distribution networks since it can be installed in a much smaller area and volume than air-insulated cubicles.
