Concrete Distribution and Transformer Centers
The MV / LV Concrete Distribution and Transformer Centers are designed in accordance with TS EN 62271-202 (IEC 62271-202) standard and TEDAŞ MYD related specifications for concrete enclosures, monobloc and compact type to be used in system voltages up to 36 kV. All types of tests required by the standard have been completed in accredited laboratories in Turkey and abroad.
Concrete Distribution and Transformer Centers consist of three sections. HV switching units section, MV distribution transformer section, LV distribution board section.
USAGE AREAS:
Substations, Distribution Centers, Industrial Centers, Wind Power Plants (RES), Solar Power Plants (GES), Compensation Plants, Water Pump Stations, Generator Cabins.
ADVANTAGES:
Due to its monoblock structure, it is suitable for relocation, quick and easy installation, environmentally friendly in terms of appearance and structure, different color options, resistant to climatic conditions, long life.
DESIGN AND STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES
GENERAL
Except for the concrete housing roof of the compact center, the tank / base section and side walls are produced as monoblock and the roof is produced separately.
The roof, side walls and tank / base section of the compact center are completely waterproof.
The tank / base section corresponds to the smallest bend radius of the 36 kV 10×240 mm² cable.

STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES
Case
The roof of the compact center is resistant to 2500 N / m2 load.
The housing is resistant to wind pressure of at least 34m / sec.
The ventilation louvers and doors are resistant to a mechanical shock corresponding to 20 Joules from inside and outside.
Enclosure Class: 10
Concrete substations have proven to be safe against earthquake conditions.
Concrete and Steel Reinforcement Properties
C35 / 45 concrete in accordance with TS EN 206-1 standard is used.
Quality tests in concrete are carried out periodically in accredited laboratories.
Steel reinforcement according to TS 708 is used.
Ventilation Blinds, Doors & Locking Systems
Ventilation shutters and doors are manufactured from 2mm thick electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet material.
The doors are designed to remain in the 120 ” open position and cannot be removed from the outside.
Intermediate Compartments
The HV Cell Division and the Transformer Division and the Transformer Division and LV Panel Division are separated by intermediate walls produced from concrete.
